What do you do in the offseason? – My wife and I co-managed Isla Monita Flyfishing Lodge in Chile for 5 years, me handling the guiding operations and she the finer details around the lodge. Then a volcano blew up down there and we have had to shut down. We shifted over to the Argentine side of things for a while and are now balancing some of the winter down there on both sides, the rest back home in West Yellowstone.

If you could take anyone fishing, who would it be? – Our son, at 6 months of age he’s a little young, but we routinely work on his back cast during bathtime so it shouldn’t be long now. Really looking forward to giving him the opportunity to enjoy fishing.
